At Meson Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and art pieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the artwork or home goods in their original protective packaging, ensuring all padding and corner protectors are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned piece for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
